...so the first ultrasound was nothing short of a complete disappointment. There is literally nothing going on down there. Jane saw no change at all on my right ovary (translation: no follies) and only a couple small ones on my left. My E2 was up a whopping 4 points from my baseline. This sucks.
I'm trying not to panic, as Jane reiterated that many women start off slow. But this was unexpected since I had such a good response to the low dose drugs before. My only explanation (in my non-doctor brain) is that the Lupron is not a good option for me. But who knows - maybe when I go back on Friday things will have changed.....
